A journey
through the mind.
"I firmly believe that understanding how your brain works is the first step to changing your life."
My fascination with the brain began long before I set foot in a laboratory. Growing up, I watched people around me struggle with anxiety, burnout, and cognitive fatigue — conditions that medicine treated as symptoms rather than signals. I wanted to understand the source.
I pursued my undergraduate studies in Biology at the University of Barcelona, where I first encountered clinical neuroscience.
My PhD research at University College London focused on neuroplasticity-based interventions for chronic stress disorders.
After completing my doctorate, I spent three years as a research associate at the Max Planck Institute for Brain Research.
Today I run a private practice offering what I could never find as a patient: a truly personalized, science-first approach to cognitive wellbeing.
